In the Halls

Summer is here, and while the classrooms aren’t filled with students, the halls of Hudson Catholic are not empty; they are abuzz with activity.

Construction is going on late into the evenings, preparing the physical facility for the new and exciting chapter in Hudson Catholic’s history.

In the gym, teams are practicing for the upcoming seasons. Not only will you find basketball and football players using the gym and facilities to prepare for the new season; now there are volleyball players and cheerleaders readying themselves for the first ever girls’ season of sports at Hudson Catholic.

And that’s not all. New Athletic Director Chris Demarest is busy preparing for the upcoming year.

The activity doesn’t end there, either. Miss Aileen Quinn, star of the movie adaptation of Annie, Broadway, and television, will be joining the faculty as a Spanish teacher and the director of a newly-forming Performing Arts program.

Much is happening in the halls of Hudson Catholic.

And much more will be happening when the school year starts.

Hopefully, we will see many alumni faces around campus sharing their stories, volunteering their time, and just coming back to the Nest.
